Registered Apprenticeship
J4M's Registered Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience, receive progressive wage increases, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally-recognized credential.
Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor
CADCs provide addiction counseling services including assessment, individual and group counseling, case management, referral, crisis interventions, documentation, and treatment planning.
Individuals pursuing addiction counseling certification now have a new pathway to pursue these goals.
The CADC apprenticeship helps individuals obtain paid on-the-job training in a behavioral health setting that counts toward the supervised hours for credentialing with MHACBO, the state certification board. Apprentices who earn their CADC certification will have the opportunity to advance in their careers, increase their earning potential, and increase their skills, knowledge, and competence working with individuals with substance use disorders.
