Policy & Procedures

The policy and procedure development process is developed before program implementation. This helps agency evaluate possible options and then select those that are best suited for a particular program. Policies are developed that allow enough flexibility for future changes that may be needed. Depending on the length and complexity of the document.

Accreditation Packages

We provide the following services ensuring the accreditation process: 1. Consult with a designated accreditation resource specialist, 2. Conduct a self-evaluation.

3. Complete development and implementation of accreditation standards based on established guidelines. Submission of the Intent to Survey and facilitation of site survey.

Program Development

We plan, implement and evaluate programs taken from the established policies and procedures. Our program development model includes situational analysis, priority setting, program action – the logic model – and evaluation. Staff trainings on established protocols are provided.

Funding Options

We identify and complete funding applications i.e. Medicaid applications. Grant request for proposals, cooperative agreements and contracts for services are explored.

Just 4 Me Consultants provides training to administrators, support staff and direct care workers based on the agency needs. We provide continuous education hours to individuals working in the human service and education industry.

We specialize in organizational compliance (i.e. develop, implement and train to maintain agency and funding required standards). Just 4 Me Consultants also offers life and business coaching through the implementation of developing S.M.A.R.T. goals to steer your business to the desired outcome.
